STRENGTHS: Speed, kicking, agility, acceleration, clean hands
IMPROVEMENTS: Inside game, tackling, strength
Xavier Fry is a slick half-back who can also push up to a wing and provide plenty of drive for his side from an offensive perspective. He averaged 21.8 disposals in the TAC Cup in 2018, mostly in the defensive half, often tasked with the kick-out duties for the Eastern Ranges. He has clean hands, moves well and is able to . use the ball cleanly, though sometimes he could improve his decision making with 14.9 per cent of his kicks being turned over. Overall though, his kicking can be highly damaging, and he has some real draftable traits. He is not a big body by any means, and could further build his strength and tackling numbers to enable him to play more of an inside role if required, where his acceleration could burn off opposing midfielders.
