Dandenong Stingrays small forward Josiah Kyle is an excitement machine at his best, able to kick goals in bunches and inject spurts of speed to the attacking 50. Nominated as a St Kilda Next Generation Academy (NGA) candidate, the crafty goal sneak may be one who attracts interest towards the end of the draft, but would be a handy Category B addition for the Saints.

Kyle managed to find the goals in six of his seven NAB League outings this season, including a season-best haul of three against Bendigo Pioneers in Round 9, and two from 17 disposals against Gippsland Power in Round 2. His goal sense and smarts are noticeable, but producing the goods on a more consistent basis is something Kyle can look to do going forward.
