In the league, Wayne Milera made a successful return to the league side after being asked to work his way back up from the lower grades with 15 disposals and three clearances. Kyle Presbury also had 10 touches, all effective, in the same game. For the other side, the underaged Brandon Parfitt had nine touches. For Norwood, Luke Partington was lively with 20 touches and six clearances, topping it off with a goal. Harry Cross also had seven touches. For Sturt, Jordan Dawson had a successful debut with his strong hands a highlight, racking up 14 touches and six marks playing high half forward. For West Adelaide, Will Snelling was quieter than usual with only twelve touches and six tackles, while Hugh Haysman may need a spell after only five touches.

In the reserves Mason Redman continued his lively form with 21 touches and seven rebound 50s for Glenelg. For North Aedlaide, Stephen Tahana had 16 touches and Oleg Markov 14 as well as two goals. The underaged Jack Graham was quiet with eleven touches, as were Dakota Nixon (eight and five tackles) and Ben Jarman (seven and a goal) however that was understandable as Nixon and Jarman had also played 18s the day before. For Central Districts, Brendan Dew had 19 disposals and eight marks while Isaya McKenzie had nine, with seven tackles and two goals. For Sturt, Andre Parella was reasonable with nine touches and 29 hitouts, while for Norwood Matthew Nunn was excellent with 33 touches and nine clearances. A league debut surely beckons for him.

In the 18s Dakota Nixon was lively with 24 touches and six clearances while Ben Jarman was excellent with 23 touches, ten clearances and three goals. Both are ones to watch next year alone with Jordan Sweet, who had 15 touches and 44 hitouts. Keiran Agius continued to disappoint with only eight touches and two behinds. For Glenelg, Jake Comitogianni continued his prolific form ahead of his draft year next year with 40 disposals and eight clearances while for Norwood talented forward Mitchell Carter had 18 touches, seven marks, 17 hitouts and kicked three goals and three behinds, shaping up as a real talent to watch next year. Lachie Pascoe also had 26 touches, five inside 50s and seven rebound 50s and while he’s still three drafts away, shapes up as a top talent. For West Adelaide Riley Bonner had 29 touches, six tackles and 9 inside 50s while the underaged Territorian Jamie Hampton had 19 touches.
