Harry Grant is a former GIANTS Academy member who enjoyed a massive year at SANFL level. He played with the GIANTS back in 2019, where the then 171cm midfielder showcased his ball-winning abilities. Fast forward four years, and Grant was doing it at Elizabeth, averaging 25.7 disposals en route to the Magarey Medal. His 173cm height will always bring about question marks, but his inside game has very few.

He was incredibly consistent and strong throughout the SANFL season, also averaging 3.8 marks, 7.1 tackles, 6.5 clearances and 2.8 inside 50s. While further work outside the contest is always an area to improve, Grant could end up being a mature-age small forward option given his mix of offensive and defensive traits, and would be a readymade choice for AFL clubs. With a lack of depth in this year's draft pool, clubs are looking outside the box, too.
